Exercise is a must.



“Not exercising on a regular basis is like smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. I don’t think most people recognize that. The same people that wouldn’t consider smoking don’t realize that, by not exercising, they’re increasing their risk by the equivalent of smoking,” says Dr. Steven Grover, professor of medicine in the Cardiovascular Health Improvement Program (CHIP) at McGill University.
